  1. Tell us something about yourself. What are your likes and dislikes?

I am neither very simple girl nor very smart.  I am dedicated towards my work and do all my work with utmost sincerity.  I don’t like clutter, so I try to tidy things up as much as I can;  I try to organize. At a very young age, I took care of my responsibilities.  I know all the household chores (cooking & sewing-embroidery etc.) Apart from this, I also like Singing, Painting & Dancing.  I know many languages and love to learning different languages. My favorite language is ‘Sanskrit’.  I have a special attachment to Indian culture.  Reading and learning about ancient Indian texts is one of my favorite pursuits.  I am overwhelmed by the scientificity of Sanatan Vedic Dharma and I have studied the Chaturvedas.  I worship, fast, meditate etc. I consider yoga as an essential part of life.

The mysteries of the Milky Way attract me to astronomy again and again.  Life’s many mysteries fascinate me and I try to understand them.  I have not taken any course in psychology, but have found my predictions accurate during work in some organizations.  According to my blood group, I have the ability to listen to people’s words (their pain or sorrow) and I am able to give proper advice to many people.

I like gardening and the time of sunrise. I never consider problems as problem, I believe that the solution is hidden in the problem itself. I love reading books and have a passion for writing since 6th grade. I love my family very much and try my best for their happiness. I like to help people. I keep trying to improve society at my level and give a lot of importance to education. I am very fond of nature and like to spend time with nature.

Due to being associated with the literary world, I have got the opportunity to serve literature and I want to do this till my last breath.

2. What themes or subjects do you find most interesting to explore in your writing, and why?

Human feelings, memories, habits, events and many such facts which are related to human life but still remain unresolved.  Along with this, I also like to write on ancient Indian civilization and culture.  I mainly write what I see in my surroundings.  All the stories and poems written by me are presented with reality instead of being imaginary.  I do not like artificiality and I apply the same thing to my writing.  It has been my main subject to shed light on real social situations and ideas.  I have also compiled and edited many spiritual books.  Being a thesis writer and research paper writer, I lean more towards reality.

3. Can you share any insights or lessons that you have learned during your writing career that have helped you to become a better writer?

Even before starting the writing journey, I had educated many women in the age group of 15 to 70 years as a volunteer teacher under ‘Adult Education Campaign’ and for this, I was awarded ‘The Best Volunteer Teacher’ in my District by the State Government. After this I also worked on the post of Head of Digital Marketing in ‘Sansoli Company’.  But even then I was a shy girl.  I didn’t like giving my number to anyone, or even talking about work with a male colleague.  But the writing journey somewhere slowly ended my hesitation.  First I wrote as a co-author, then I became a compiler, then worked as a project-head, and many more authors joined me.  During this, I examined many realities of the Indian society, understood the mindset of the people and also considered the problems of their life.  I learned many life lessons from this.  I also saw that writers do not get the place they should have in the society.  Some people think that a writer is just someone who has no time to spare and nothing else to do.  But the society needs to change its views towards the image of writers.  Being a writer is a very responsible job.  It is said that literature is the mirror of the society and the writer is the one who keeps that mirror intact.  The writer is the one who presents the same view of the society which he has seen.  I have also seen many writers who want to become writers just to get respect but their writing does not support them in this fakeness. I also heard this question again and again in my writing journey, why did I choose writing field after studying business?  Both are very different from each other.  Then I had to explain to all of them that how much I love writing and that service to literature is the heritage of my forefathers.  Munshi Premchand, Mahadevi Verma, Vivekananda etc. inspire me for this.

4. Can you describe your writing process and any particular techniques or strategies that you use to stay motivated and productive?

I mainly write what I see in my surroundings.  I like Hindi and Sanskrit Language more than English Language, that’s why I use words of these Languages more and more in writing.  According to me, it is necessary for a writer to be a reader along with continuous writing.  That’s why I definitely do reading along with writing.  For the continuity of my culture, I want to promote Hindi and Sanskrit through my writing and I am very happy that till now I have been successful in this.  Some people may feel that I do not know English, that’s why I write or talk in Hindi and Sanskrit.  But I believe that before knowledge of any Language, there should be knowledge of one’s own language and there should also be respect for that language.  That’s why I talk in English only when it is necessary, otherwise not.

5. Are you a spontaneous writer or a disciplined one? Do you often write daily?

I am a disciplined writer, but do not write everyday.  I do study everyday and I have this specialty that if needed, I can write on any subject even in 5 minutes.  At present, being the ‘Head of Compilation Department’ in a publication, literary activities keep happening in my life from morning to night and I am engaged in works related to literature.  But due to excessive workload and lack of time, I have to take out a special time for writing.  I prefer to write in solitude, where my state of mind can concentrate and put my feelings on paper.
