For illustration, you could limit your relations with them or avoid certain motifs of discussion that tend to bring out their negativity.
3) Be compassionate :
Occasionally negative people are dealing with delicate situations or feelings, and showing empathy can help them feel heard and understood.
This may help them shift their mindset and come more positive.
4)Offer results:
If someone is complaining about a problem, offer a implicit result rather of just agreeing with their negativity. This can help shift the focus from the problem to the result.
5)Compass yourself with Positive People:
Eventually, if possible, compass yourself with positive people who hoist and inspire you. This can make a big difference in your own mindset and overall well- being.
