Gurugram, April 16: Signature Global has announced a strategic collaboration with Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to launch a premium branded residential project in Sector 71, Gurugram.
Spread across 12.40 acres, the development will feature 812 luxury residences in 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK configurations. The project marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into India’s residential real estate market.
Speaking on the partnership, Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman, Signature Global, said the project aims to redefine urban luxury living in India by combining world-class design with modern lifestyle aspirations.
“We are not just building apartments; we are creating a lifestyle statement for the modern Indian achiever,” he said.
The project will carry Tonino Lamborghini’s signature Italian design language, including a grand lobby, curated clubhouse, café, restaurant, banquet spaces, wellness facilities, spa, salon, gaming arcade, swimming pool, and gym.
Tonino Lamborghini, Founder and President of Tonino Lamborghini S.p.a., said India’s growing luxury market made the collaboration a natural step.

The five-tower landmark is expected to set a new benchmark for branded luxury residences in Gurugram.
