Greater Noida West, September 10, 2026: Sunburn, the entertainment brand behind the Goa Sunburn Festival, is set to enter the Delhi NCR market with a 20,000 sq. ft. nightclub at Saya SouthX in Greater Noida West. The upcoming Sunburn Nightclub will mark the brand’s NCR debut and add a major entertainment venue to the rapidly developing Greater Noida West market.
The launch comes as Greater Noida West continues to see expansion in its residential population, commercial infrastructure and consumer focused developments. The proposed Sunburn Nightclub is expected to bring the brand’s established music and nightlife format to a new market outside its existing presence in cities such as Goa, Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru.
Sunburn has built its identity around electronic music, live entertainment and large scale experiences. The brand is closely associated with the Sunburn Festival in Goa, one of India’s prominent electronic dance music festivals. Its portfolio also includes the Sunburn Beach Club at Ozran Beach Road in Vagator, North Goa.
Sunburn is owned by Percept India, an entertainment and experiential marketing company.
Goa Sunburn Festival Brand Sunburn Nightclub to Open at Saya SouthX, Greater Noida West
The 20,000 sq. ft. Sunburn Nightclub will be located within Saya SouthX, a commercial development by Saya Group. The project is also preparing to add other anchor brands, a hypermarket and retail outlets covering more than 1 lakh sq. ft.
The addition of Sunburn comes as Saya SouthX expands its mix of retail, dining, entertainment and hospitality offerings. The development is being positioned as a commercial destination serving residents of Greater Noida West and surrounding areas.
Vikas Bhasin, Managing Director of Saya Group, said the growth of the residential catchment in Greater Noida West has increased demand for organised retail, entertainment and lifestyle infrastructure.
Greater Noida West’s Growing Entertainment Landscape
Greater Noida West has emerged as one of the major residential growth areas in the wider Delhi NCR region. The increase in residential development has also created demand for shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues and other consumer focused businesses.
Saya SouthX has three side open frontage and parking facilities. The project states that more than five lakh residents are located within a three kilometre radius, providing a sizeable nearby residential catchment.
The planned Sunburn Nightclub will add a dedicated nightlife and music venue to this expanding commercial environment. Its entry also reflects the movement of established entertainment brands into newer urban markets across India.
Sunburn Venue to Be Operated by Kreation Hospitality
The Sunburn venue at Saya SouthX will be operated by Kreation Hospitality. Jayant Chatterjee, a spokesperson for the company, said Greater Noida West has a young and expanding consumer base and represents an opportunity to extend the Sunburn Nightclub experience into Delhi NCR.
The venue is expected to become one of the key entertainment components within Saya SouthX, alongside its planned retail and food and beverage offerings.
Saya SouthX to Include Business Class Suites
Entertainment will form one part of the larger commercial development. Saya SouthX is also planned to include 336 BIZTOP Business Class Suites, which are proposed to be managed and operated by a hotel chain.
The combination of retail, dining, entertainment and hospitality is intended to create a mixed use commercial destination in Greater Noida West. The project is expected to attract consumers from nearby residential areas as well as other parts of Delhi NCR.
The launch of Sunburn Nightclub will bring a recognised name associated with the Goa Sunburn Festival into the NCR market, adding another development to Greater Noida West’s expanding entertainment and commercial ecosystem.
Saya Group has operated in the Delhi NCR real estate sector for around 25 years. According to the company, its portfolio covers more than 4.99 lakh sq. metres of residential and commercial development, including approximately 2.20 lakh sq. metres of high street retail space in Noida and Greater Noida West.
