Hacktify Cyber Security proudly partnered with BSides Bangalore as a community and technology supporter, contributing to the event through multiple initiatives aimed at strengthening practical cyber security education and fostering collaboration within the cyber security community. With an engaging Women Capture The Flag (CTF) competition, an interactive Drone Security workshop, and an active exhibition booth, Hacktify created impactful learning experiences for students, professionals, and industry leaders attending the conference.

One of the key highlights of the event was the W2Women Capture The Flag (CTF) Competition, hosted exclusively on the Hacktify CTF Platform. Designed to encourage greater participation of women in cyber security, the competition brought together more than 30 women participants, who solved real-world cyber security challenges in a competitive yet collaborative environment. The Hacktify CTF Platform enabled seamless challenge management, automated scoring, and real-time leaderboards, providing participants with a professional Capture The Flag experience while showcasing the platform’s capabilities for universities, enterprises, and cyber security communities.

To celebrate the achievements of the participants, Hacktify awarded exclusive goodies and complimentary access to its cyber security courses, supporting their continued upskilling journey. The competition winners also received cash prizes presented by the BSides Bangalore organizing team, recognizing excellence and encouraging more women to pursue careers in cyber security.

Adding to the excitement, Hacktify conducted a two-hour Drone Security Workshop, which attracted nearly 100 participants and witnessed a full house. The highly interactive session explored the security challenges surrounding unmanned aerial systems, drone vulnerabilities, emerging threats, and defensive strategies. Participants actively engaged with the speakers throughout the workshop, making it one of the most energetic and discussion-driven sessions of the event.

Hacktify also maintained an exhibition booth that became a vibrant meeting point for students, cyber security enthusiasts, professionals, and organizations. The team had the opportunity to reconnect with former students, mentor aspiring cyber security professionals, and guide newcomers looking to build careers in offensive security, digital forensics, and emerging technologies. The booth also facilitated valuable interactions with corporate leaders, founders, business owners, and technology professionals, creating opportunities for future collaborations in cyber security education and workforce development.

Throughout the conference, Hacktify actively promoted its Cyber Range, a practical training environment designed to simulate real-world cyber attack and defense scenarios. The Cyber Range enables learners and organizations to build practical skills through immersive hands-on exercises, helping bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world cyber security operations. Alongside it, the Hacktify CTF Platform demonstrated how educational institutions, government organizations, enterprises, and event organizers can conduct scalable and engaging cyber security competitions with ease.

Speaking about the successful collaboration, Rohit Gautam, Founder of Hacktify Cyber Security, said, “BSides Bangalore represents the spirit of community-driven learning, and we are proud to contribute through initiatives that focus on practical skill development. Our goal is to create platforms where learners can experience cyber security hands-on, because practical exposure is what truly prepares professionals for the evolving threat landscape.”
