Involved in every aspect of the business from designing and styling to marketing and sales. Possesses good knowledge of the complete manufacturing process and changing market trends. Proven experience in wardrobe styling for television series, movies, commercial ads and music videos.
Although the life of a fashion stylist may seem easy, there are many abilities involved in the job. Nitin has started his career in fashion by representing himself as a fashion executive in MORE MISCHIEF, PUNE. He worked conscientiously under the head designer Deepak Shah. There, Nitin managed the store and designed suits, shoes and an endless variety of ensembles for his local as well as international clients. He gave his 7 trusted years to this brand.

To continue succeeding, he performed as a fashion stylist for NIVEDITA SABOO for 3 years. Successfully started the men’s wear section, designed and styled for clients, helped generate sales, assisted with fashion week. As we know, hard work always offers different chances to let oneself fly high. Likewise, Nitin got the chance to make his career brighter. He went to Dubai to perform his duty as a fashion executive for the same brand MORE MISCHIEF, DUBAI. He was there accountable for operational activities from designing and styling, visual merchandising and supervising the team to generating sales, implementing marketing strategies and managing the store.
Nitin spent 3 more years honing his skills working for More Mischief Dubai. His talent was undeniable and he was contracted to design costumes and apparel for ZEE TV, Star Plus, Asianet and more. Presented himself as a Costume Stylist for ZEE TV Middle east, KHWABON KE DARMIYAAN and costume stylist for ELITE FILMS DUBAI, a production house, defining the overall look of the show, creating individual looks for characters, styling all the actors and ensuring costume continuity. Also worked as costume stylist for STAR QUIZ CHALLENGE SEASON 1 & 2, appeared on STAR PLUS in 2017-18.
In March 2017, Nitin represented himself as costume Stylist ASIANET THINK AND LEARN CHALLENGE and continued this, in May 2017 for National Food TVC (International Market). Then he worked as a Freelance Fashion Stylist for 106.2 Big FM – Social Media Campaign in May 2017 and for DJ Shadow (Dubai), music video in May 2018.
His most highlighted experience is yet to be known. He worked as a Costume Designer for the movie YAARA VE that was about to release in 2019 but was postponed due to the pandemic and now releasing in September 2022 Worldwide.
However he’s not done. Post-pandemic Nitin plans to take his talents into other global markets such as Africa and the Americas. Given his passion for fashion, he will become a force to be reckoned with. He represented himself as a Fashion Consultant for Blanco bespoke pune from January 2021 to April 2022.
Nitin Khokar has made a name for himself which is not easy in today’s industry but yet he proved himself a Self Made Costume Designer and a Fashion Stylist. Nitin has great skills in Costume Styling, Garment Designing, Personal Shopping, Client Servicing, Business Networking, Team Management, Retail Management. “I always knew there was a gap in the market for someone to open a modern but really cool store in India” says Nitin khokar. “I want people to walk into my store and walk into a different world: a world that could transform them. It is important for me that the shop is a little bit clubby and that our clients would want to spend time just hanging out” he added.
