Gurugram, April 19: Krisumi Corporation has unveiled “The Forest Reserve,” the next phase of its ultra-luxury township project on the Dwarka Expressway, with a developable area of nearly 1.67 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue potential of ₹4,000 crore.
The announcement coincides with 10 years of partnership between Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation and India’s Krishna Group.
Addressing the media, Ashok Kapur, Chairman of Krishna Group and Krisumi Corporation, said the vision was to create a “mini-Japanese city” in India, inspired by Japanese architecture, design, hospitality, and lifestyle principles.
“We partnered nearly a decade ago with the shared vision of building a credible mini-Japanese township. Today, Krisumi stands for quality, disciplined execution, and global living standards,” he said.
The new phase, inspired by the Japanese concept of Chinju-no-mori, will offer spacious 3 LDK and 4 LDK residences with a nature-led design.
Yuji Kato, Co-CEO, said the project reflects Indo-Japanese excellence in design and construction.
Officials added that Krisumi City has witnessed significant value appreciation, with prices rising from ₹8,500 to around ₹24,000 per sq. ft., making it one of Gurugram’s most sought-after luxury addresses.
