Noida, July 30: In a major boost for thousands of homebuyers, Suraksha Group has announced significant progress in the completion of Jaypee Wish Town projects after acquiring Jaypee Infratech Limited (JIL). The company revealed that construction has been completed on 84 residential towers, comprising 7,913 dwelling units, while Occupancy Certificates (OCs) have already been received for 42 towers covering 4,213 homes.
According to the company, applications for Occupancy Certificates have also been submitted for 26 additional towers, consisting of 2,229 dwelling units, with approvals expected in the coming weeks. Structural audits have been completed for another seven towers with 583 homes, while audits are currently underway for nine more towers comprising 888 units.
Beyond residential construction, Suraksha has accelerated infrastructure development across Wish Town, Noida. One of the biggest milestones is the availability of Ganga water supply across Sectors 128, 129, 131, 133 and 134, improving civic amenities for thousands of residents.
The township is also witnessing rapid social infrastructure development. The company plans to operationalise 11 cluster clubs by the end of the current financial year, benefiting more than 16,000 families living in Wish Town. Power infrastructure has also been strengthened by increasing the electrical load capacity of GSS-I from 19.8 MVA to 35 MVA, ensuring better electricity availability for residents.
Commercial development is also progressing, with RERA registration secured for Wish Point, a commercial project in Sector 134, Noida.
Speaking on the progress, Jash Panchamia, Executive Director of Jaypee Infratech Limited, said the company’s priority is to complete the remaining residential projects while simultaneously improving infrastructure and community facilities. He added that Suraksha remains committed to delivering a modern, fully integrated township that creates long-term value for homeowners.
The company is also introducing technology-driven improvements on the Yamuna Expressway, including AI-powered cameras capable of detecting wrong-side driving, unauthorised parking, road hazards and animals on the carriageway. The system is also being upgraded with fog detection technology to improve road safety during winter.
With construction, approvals and infrastructure progressing simultaneously, Suraksha says it is working closely with regulatory authorities to complete the remaining projects within the timelines laid down under the approved Resolution Plan.
