The Powerful Teenagers is a community for all teenagers where we help teenagers to talk about mental health and help them to go through it.
Mental health is a subject we all can talk about for hours, especially in today’s times when everyone has some or other thing they are going through. We all face emotional, psychological, and social challenges. Our mental health cannot be stable in these situations.
Mental health is a common problem among teenagers. Adolescents’ years are very vulnerable and it’s difficult for them to go through many physical and psychological changes which they have never experienced before. Globally every 1 in 7 teenagers is suffering from a mental health issue. Therefore we need to help them accurately as this may affect their entire life.
The Powerful Teenagers is a community for all teenagers where we help teenagers to talk about mental health and help them to go through it.
We have a certified and experienced counsellor in our community who will also guide you through all the paths of life.

Smilee Prashant Bhatt is the Founder of The Powerful Teenagers –
In her five years of writing, Smilee Prashant Bhatt, 16, has produced more than 100 poems, micro-stories, short stories, and other works. Her loneliness served as an inspiration for her writing. She was raised and was born in Maharashtra. More than 100 anthologies include her contributions. She has compiled six anthologies. She is presently enrolled in commerce stream class eleven. She is always looking for new chances and enjoys working and learning in different environments and with new people.
Smilee Prashant Bhatt is Content Executive at Digital Golgappa and Founder of a community named The Powerful Teenagers, which offers teens free counselling sessions from certified and experienced counsellors, as well as an overview of mental health’s importance.
Smilee is also the co-founder of Queencyetic which is an online store where one can buy everything related to home utilities and products, like jewellery and shirts. This is a one-stop shop for ordering things at affordable prices.
Achievements of Smilee Prashant Bhatt:
Classico Opine, an African magazine, as well as Diaspora Times Global, a weekly newspaper, have featured her. A cover image of her appeared in Merged Array Magazine’s 8th issue.
There are a number of famous personalities she has written interviews for, including Rani Chatterjee, Priya Ahuja Rajda, Vrushika Mehta, Poonam Rajput, Shafaq Naaz and many more.
She has been the Applause Awardee of the year 2021, she has also been recognized as the most phenomenal epitome of revolutionary initiatives and changes by AwardsARC, Mahadevi Verma Sahitya Shiromani Award by Cherry Book Awards, and as the Writer of the Year 2021 by Be Star Studios. Recently, she received the Young Achiever award from Iconic Shakti.
Smilee is liked by everyone and she hopes that one day she will be able to bring a positive change in the society.

Arya Nath the certified and experienced counsellor –
She has 9 years of psychology background starting from the schooling subject. She graduated with BA PSYCHOLOGY from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 2015-2018. Along with that, she is certified in child guidance and counseling recognized by UGC in 2017. She has currently joined a course to upgrade herself in terms of additional certification in the COUNSELING ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM from COUNSEL INDIA Delhi. By, next year she’ll be a certified psychotherapist and within a few months, a registered career counsellor affiliated with Govt. Of India
